Guess who's been to Bromsgrove today! ;)

Cheers Adam - sorry it was a last minute thing!

Very pleased with the car - just waiting until the new discs & pads are settled so I can give it plenty knowing it will stop!
The strut brace makes a great difference too :)

I owe you a pint!

Sure does Moppy - it's like it suddenly started breathing properly!

Hope you're pleased with the S70 now! - Have you decided which one stays then?

Most assume that VT zap the car with something magic and away you go!
Gladly it is somewhat more thorough than that.

I am glad Martin that the old beast has found new legs.

I had a question for Adam @ VT:

Do you keep custom maps archived? I would be interested in getting a ECU flash from you sometime (not now, but sometime down the line), but getting my car over to you to tune it is impossible... I figure that if somebody else has brought in a very similar 850 with the mods I am planning to have (16t, 3" downpipe, white injectors, 18" Pegs (COME ON, THOSE WEIGH A TON, GIMME MORE POWER :D heh) we could just tweak it a little to work on my 95 T-5R Auto (I know, US cars suck, only came in Auto) that would be pretty cool. Anyways, just curious, and figured a way to find the answer would be to ask.

Also, the vendor here in the US for RICA doesn't tune cars on a dyno, just sends our ECU's off to RICA in the Netherlands, so I am just eliminating the middle man :)

Yes I can sort you out with a map for that combination. No problem.

Adam.

Sweet, when I look to get a new ECU map, I will be sure to send it over to you.

How much does it cost to get it mapped anyways?
