Reversing light switch (manual) problem.

Just noticed that my reversing lights don't come on when I am in reverse - unless I pull the gear lever right back.
As far as I know, on manuals, the switch is under the airbox - is this an adjustment issue, or more likely a failing switch?

I'd say dodgy switch, don't think they are adjustable.

Switch isnt adjustable. 10 min job to replace it.
