Been busy today, fitted the 16T ( just in time as the 15G has a stiff spot ) as I removed the turbo from the exhaust housing the turbo clamp was a right pain to get back, the injectors where easy to fit.

With the 16T, blue injecters, remap and the RIP kit make a very big difference to the power delivery.

With the set up I`ve got you get full boost at about 3000 rpm and does fade as you go up the revs.

It took me 3 hours to change just the turbo. If you are changing the manifold and turbo I would say it will take about 6-7 hours.

If you do change the manifold, get a 1 piece manifold gasket, off the V50? or focus, its alot easier to fit.

The 850 uses 5 gaskets!

Isn't yours already lowered sim? also when you get the volans I'll have the wheels you have now off you if you want rid.

Thinking about whether or not to tint my rears like you have coz they were tinted on my estate but then our cars will be exactly the same once i get my R bumper.
