Been looking into a ahort shifter and found that you get one over here as they are made in the USA. So out in the garage I went and an hour or so later I made a short shifter plate. Once fitted went for a test drive and the gear selector is like a winchester riffle ........ result.

we had a group buy a while back for the plates, as you say nothing to them but they do make a big difference. We also got the brass cable grommets

Ill give that a go is it quite easy? With your diagram showing degrees make it seem easyer are the top 3 holes inline or slightly stagerd?

The 3 6m/m bolts are on a 50m/m radius from the 8m/m.
