Auto to manual dvla info

I converted my 850 from auto to manual mid last yr ive told the insurance company about the swap but havent told dvla yet.I no some of us on here have converted from auto to manual but how hard was it to change the log book for the changes was it straight foward or did they get arsey about it and want proof to back the change

they dont hold that info unless it actually says auto gearbox on your v5c..be surprised how little info on car types they actually hold and the amount of mistakes they have

As above I phoned dvla and they said its not on the v5 so they are no bothered.

So i dont have to tell dvla then lol.When i phone the insurance company and give them my reg of the car it come up volvo auto and i said its manual lol its been converted
