Couldnt help but laugh at the puff of blue smoke comment... I dont know how many times I have fitted items with leaky seals and there's nothing you can do but laugh!

Seemed fairly nippy though, I would crank it up to 1.3-1.4 bar mate, I ran that with my 18T with no problems on a standard pump. They are good for 400hp.

Mine used to spin up in 4th in the wet... I can understand the traction issue. Just dont boot it and on a dry surface at 50mph in 3rd it will absolutely fly.

Oh yes you do, a walbro is a necessity..and bigger injectors (with the correct duty cycle ).....mapping then ........ running lean is an engine killer...overfuelling will only need better tuning.......

Looks quick enough to me, certainly a vast improvement from a standard car...

Exhaust on Rotch's sounds good, now time for a clutch :)

Looking good buddy, nice pull through the revs looks like it moves well.

As for the fuel pump, the standard pump may be good for 400bhp but when your tuning your car and want the best from it a fresh new pump doesn't go a miss compared to the 150,000 mile plus one you'll be replacing it with ;)

Plus point the walbro fuel pumps are cheaper new than the Volvo ones too!!
