Engine oil capacity?

Could someone tell me what the oil capacity is for a S60 T5?

I think its 5 litres but wanted to make sure..

5 Liters, you guess right!! If changing the oil 5Lts should return the dipstick to MAX.

Cheers mate, just wanted to make sure as a mechanic said the 'volvo book' whatever that is says its 5.8 litres? Which i thought sounded too much.

Doesn't it depend on whether you drain the oil cooler? or something?

5.8 sound about right if going from completly empty (draining oil cooler and other bits and bobs) the engine will hold some oil which you cant get rid of unless you strip it all down. So there is only need for 5 liters to take it back to max with an oil change, when my engine is fully rebuilt it will take about 5.5 liters to take it to the MAX on the dipstick.

Actually while on the subject, whats the best oil flush you have used? Or are they any good infact?

I have used Winns engine flush a few times, seems to do the job, thins the oil down so more of it comes out.
