Driveshaft/gearbox oil seals

Wheres the best place to buy the oil seals that seal the gearbox/driveshaft?
Volvo only part? ('95 T5R M56 manual box).

Are they handed or both sides the same? Part number would be much appreciated. Thanks!

They won't be that dear from the dealer, or, try a gearbox reconditioning place, I had new seal fitted when I had mine reconned.

I'd have thought for the cost it would be best to get them from Volvo. Can't be more than £15.00 each...

Failing that I've used these people before and they've always been really helpful.
