Intermittent Turbo

Hi, I have a 2004 s60r.
Sometimes when i use the car the turbo doesn't work , after a while, it sometimes, then starts to work. Other times it works right from the off.

Any Ideas ?

By "doesn't work" do you mean there's no boost? could be the bcs playing up or possibly a sticky waste gate. Could you give us a bit more detail?

When you have the issue, if you turn the car off and turn it on again does it work properley?

Would start with having the codes read.

turning it off or on doesn't make any difference , when i say doesn't work , i mean i don't get any boost ,its like its not spinning up.

I have a code reader, so if you can get to Maidstone then your welcome to use it.. will save u money and could be an easy fix.
