Sill colour S60r

Hi All,
have a S60r 2003, flash green , the sills and front/back bumper lowers are all body colour. See from pic's that these are sometimes black. Does anyone know when this change happened.

it happened mid 2004 54, they also have a slightly different interior alot less plastic
