How in the hell do you get the head lining out the car without destroying it? The lining has come off the panel that covers the sunroof and i need to get the head lining out the car to get at it. my car is a saloon by the way. any help would be great.

You don’t need to take headlining out to get sunroof panel out .

Tilt sunroof up and remove the two plastic trims each side ( they are black and just pull forward. You will see the Torx bolts holding glass panel on. Remove them and push roof out . You will then see two ring pull type catches on front of the sunroof blind at each side . Pull them in towards centre and the panel can be lifted out , glued, put back in.

For reference, if you do need headlining out, loosen everything from roof, roll front seats flat and lower the headlining….you can remove it complete and without bending it through the front passenger door
