View Full Version : 'O' Rings or no 'O' Rings?!

Hi all. Before I reassemble my engine, can anyone confirm or deny the existence of 'O' Rings between the Sump & Block?

Upon taking mine apart there was just a ring of sealant around both holes, that I have highlighted. Rufe @ FRF said the Police T5's suffered from oil pressure loss; was it due to these Rings being absent?

I've got a batch of rings off Rufe (Cheers bud) but can anyone confirm the Part No'S?

I don't recall there being any o-rings in mine when I rebuilt the engine but it was a good while ago now. I would have thought that there would be an inner lip to the holes if o-rings where supposed to be present.
