Hi i have replaced my old recirc valve with a 2nd hand one which is alot better.

BUT! i have just got a hand held vacum tester.

I have connected this up to the recirc valve and tried to create a Vacum. "Engine off"

I can Create this Vacum by pumping by hand, but the Valve does NOT hold a vacum for long, ie has soon as you create the vacum and stop it imediatly loses it all.

is this normal? or should it hold at least a small amount of Vacum?

Really apreciate any help/sugestions

Didnt relise under the recirc valve it's got 2 chamber's intake and exhaust. so when i removed the vac line it was just the sprin trying to keep it boostin hence little boost.

This is my 1st Turbo car, used to Bi n/a Car's lol.

Still we will see
