I have been working on providing a new intake manifold for the white block engine that has been developed by a former F1 engineer who is a friend and he has a tuning business in my area specialising in the Focus RS. Last week the guy that runs Volvospeed.com phoned up and was trying to get one for free. I had to laugh as he ranted on giving all sorts of "puffed up" drivel about being the leading info site and seller of performance tuning parts for the
B5234t engine and volvo's in general. Please be aware that he is not fully up to speed on the install of this on a volvo and there needs to be modifications done to the runners etc and it is not a straight swap. You need to install a much bigger throttle body too and the Focus RS one CANNOT be used on 850's/V70's as it is fly by wire.Having said that it is not expensive to do the convesion nor is it difficult to do the mods even at a begginers level. If anyone is interested in one you can drop me a line. It has been specifically designed to breath better and the gains are very impressive.

Would be a godsend mate. Any pictures of it on a C30?

Think you'll probably get loads of interest but you'll need to give a lot more info fist, such as dyno tests, prices etc....

Hussein in Turbo-Tuner forum has done something for himself. I forgot if the throttle body is at the bottom (ME7 style) or at the side (as conventional)

If there's a group buy, count me in.

Should be a standard 66.5 BDC throttle body either way.

If it is, you can use a couple different Honda throttle bodies. We do it all the time when converting from ETM back to throttle cables if we are not using any kind of SWOL or SEQ shifting.
