My 850 t5 Manual is running 304 hlm, with mbc, simota air intake also running a Walbro fuel pump. Also i should hopefully have a set of blues to go in too.

My 15g is now well upto it's limits.

What Turbo do i go for next?

I haven't go the money for a forged bottom end.(i do have a Good Spare) engine just in case. lol

Will a 19t kill my standard Lump, or should i stick to a 16t?

Any help much apreciated.

as long as your careful you'll be fine with a 19t, but compared to a 15g there very laggy (can be cured with a RIP kit & throttle body)

If you get a custom map to keep boost below 16psi until 4k rpm and full boost thereafter your bottom end should be fine. Its the high bottom end torque/boost that kills the rods. At higher rpm they are usually ok. Im sure ive read of a few people running 350bhp on stock rods.

So is running 16psi with a 19t gonna feel quicker than running a 15g at the same boost level (16psi) sorry but this is only my 2nd turbo'd car lol

Even at the same psi, a bigger turbo means more boost.
