Volvo 850 pollen filter ?

Did all 850's come with pollen filters ?. I had a look over the weekend under the glovebox and there wasn't any removable panel under the fan housing. Had all the scuttle panel /wiper panel off this evening and there isn't one under there either. I did read something about a 'frame' being available that the pollen filter fits into, maybe that fits in place of the 'scoop' above the fan motor in the scuttle area ? My 850 has climate control (although the A/C doesn't work)

Yeah there is a housing that is supposed to be under the scuttle pannal but I haven't ever seen a 850 with one

Just found this (can't believe that I didn't see it the other day !) which looks like the holder thing that you can get that mine doesn't have !
