OBD1 1994 850 t5 Code reader not working

Hi the under bonnet code reader led has stopped working and i have a running fault.

She has a Miss fire under light load Partial throttle.

I cant read the code via the Led push buttoin as this has stopped working, is there another way to read the fault codes??

Really apreciate any answers or suggestions

Starting to think about breaking this car

check fuses as if a fuse has gone then it may of shut down the obd plug,
if its lost its live feed then it wont work,
is there anything else that isnt working,might give you a clue at what fuses to check :)
