Still have the OBX one in the shed that came with the system.
Is it worth repairing and modifying so it actually fits without removing half the steering racks heat shield?
At the minute I just have the 2 1/2" system fitted as a cat back.

i have a 3" downpipe going down to a scorpion 2.5" system.
Before this i had the standard downpipe with the cat innards removed, i noticed a big difference and the turbo spools up instantly now, yes i know mine is a LPT but still its running 8/9psi instead of the standard 2/3psi.

Oh and the noise is so much nicer lol

What downpipe you using? It's quite a bit of graft to get this one in.

It does but in a different position. You can cut the straight flange OBX downpie and shorten it just before the bend after the turbo flange but you may aswell just alte the heatshield for it to fit its easier and less time consuming.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I have possible access to a pit at weekends, And 3 engineers at work (Until the end of August anyway) So I'll get it over the pit and have a proper look.
