i think the profiles a bit high, i know one on 225/40/18 on coilovers but had the arches rolled. Think i used to run 235/35/18

ive got 225/40/18 on my c70 and i cant have the car on full lock its dropped 35mm on konis and no rubbing on arches i dont think theirs much differents between the 70s and 850s in that area

I'v got 224/40/18's on mine, on coilovers, I did have tu pull the arches out a bit.

I've got 225/40/18's standard R suspension and they rub like hell at full lock.

i have 225/35/18 on my 850 and there fine, its not lowerd and ride is still ok but it doesnt rub at all even with 3 people in back, i tried 40 profile at first and they rub you need 35 profile really, im sure with 45 profile the rubing would be very bad.

thanks for the replys think im gona get them and change the tyres for 18/35/220 for that extra clearence and give them that stretched look lol

Will also depend on the offset of the wheel .. on a personal note fitting 18's on my old 850 was one of the worst things i think i ever did.Was done to clear the porky bbk but the ride etc is awful....mind the potholes....

I have just fitted 215/35/18 to my 850R and they work fine.

indeed mine worked fine too...(rotated)....just a harsh ride..ooooh on 215 35's aswell.................
