Any opinions please??

I'm looking to change the wheels on my v40.
This is the car in it's current state. (16" Ares)

I'm looking for a set of 17's, Arcadias are out of the question as I'm not a fan.
However I would like to fit something that does look sort of OEM-ish.

I must have looked at 1000's of wheel designs recently, but so far I keep coming back to these:

I'm after opinions on these wheels, or suggestions of other possible wheels plz?
Thanks Chaps!!

(If anyone is good on photoshop It would be great to see what the zcw's would look like on the car??)

Obvious question, but I presume those wheels are also available in 4 stud fitment? And looking at how low the car sits, you'll need to be spot on with offset and tyre selection if you ain't going to get problems!

Yeah, they are available in the 4x114.3 fitment, with an offset of 38 (I think the same offset as standard).

As the car is I have no rubbing problems at all, but it is sitting on coilovers - so I can always raise it a little if I do get issues.

Im looking at 205/40/17 falken FK452's or ZE912's tyre wise (I have the FK 452's now and theyre great)

Which wheels are fitted to yours on your avatar?

Do you know what width/offset the Arcadias are?
The ZCW's are a 7" wide/38 offset, so hopefully will be enough room!

I would love to fit super T's, or ultraleggeras - I just can't afford them!!

My budget is nearer the £700-£800 end of the scale (including tyres)

The main problem i'm finding is that most of the designs I like aren't available in 4x114.

I've thought about getting some 5x114's re-drilled, which would give me a few more options but there are only certain wheel designs that it's possible to re-drill. not to mention the extra cost of having them drilled (Which pretty much makes it a pointless idea!!)

What alloy wheels do other people have fitted their s/v 40's???

Been having a play on GIMP (Linux version of photoshop), fairly pleased with the result.

Think you've gone a bit over the top for 17's.. They look like 19+
