Heater fan - Not running.

1999 V70 T5. Ive discovered the heater blower in my V70 is not running. Everything else seems to work, when you change from demist to feet or face you can hear the flaps moving and when you switch on aircon lights come on. Only thing is no heater blower. Fuse is fine so I assume the blower itself is kaput or is there another likely cause?

Now sorted. Checked power at the motor and it was fine. Took the motor out and it started running. Found it wouldnt start up if switched off though. Motor was full of carbon dust from the brushes I assume so cleaned it out thoroughly and gave the bearings a shot of grease. Works better than ever now!
