Anyone ever got a knocking sound from their brakes whilst changing direction. At first my car only seemed to do it on the right hand side after caliper was removed from carrier etc whilst having new hub fitted.
Then other side is now doing it, and when I think about it, it has had the same done to this side now.
Could it be brake pads moving? as i know the right hand side is noisy when braking, kind of on/off grinding sound. I usually remove the whole caliper on its carrier from the hub, but this guy just removed the caliper from the carrier using those hex keys.
Just strange, as i know nothing is worn now as had it all checked out at Volvo.
Weird, anyone else got/had/experienced this, as I thought it was same thing as my grinding noise, but that ended up being non greased lock stops.
Cheers
