I seem to have a weird surging/hesitation going on between 2 and 3000 revs at light throttle, looking at the boost gauge it's happening when the needle is around 10-20 psi of vacuum above or below that ie accelerating or on overrun its ok.
Feels like either the dump valve (or the throttle) is opening and closing. It's a 99 ME7 S70, only mods are K&N and drilled airbox.
Any ideas?
