Some tw@ keyed me wing, not took the paint right down but its not nice... wobbly, its worse than the ones on me bonnet that u got out. Whats the best thing to try n hide/get rid of this?

Also had phone call of Local volvo dealers, Had car 6 months so 6 months warranty left, Service is due... 50,000 mile, they want £250.... i said how much!!! they said they will knock £25 off. Have i gotta have the service with these to keep my warranty?

How long is the warrantee for?

Any scratch deeper than lacquer depth and I'd be strugglin - especially since you have met. paint.

The only true way to fix is to spray / blend. For one panel my good mate will look at doing it for ~£150. He's an accident repair specialist. Thing is it would take 2 or 3 days?!

To disguise you can use staining polishes - i.e. the colour specific ones.

I hate people who do that keying thing - it is just disrespectful.

Paid for my first service at main dealer around 6 months back. 280 quid. Sadly, they've got you over a barrel if you want to have any warranty comebacks should the unthinkable happen...

Local independent quoted 140 quid. But, like the Murphys, oim naht bitter...

TDS, did they stamp your book?Book is fully stamped, excellent service Jim, even warned me of potential things that were likely to be needed in the next few months but which are OK at the minute. And my engine bay is mint, they blow off all the dust etc and back to black everything, it's like a new engine. Just a bit of a trek to Nottingham tho.
