Well its that time again - and been with CHris Knott for the past 2 years or so - but its gone up £50. Another years ncb added, i know the economic climate isn't great but has anyones insurance actually gone down??

mine went up slightly too with CK - about the same. Paid £500 F/C 8yrs NCB - 6 points- with all mods declared.

Yeah same here went up by about £40 F/C 2ys NCB no points no mods £475 It's a real ****e to be sure.

I did however change as my last insurer wanted an extra £200! I left them in a cloud of dust

The only company I could find worth going with was IAM Surety. My premium did go up slightly but only because I went from a C70 2ltr GT to a C70 2.5 T5. I'm pretty certain that if I hadn't have changed cars it would have went down, or at least stayed pretty samey! Others, such as Privilege, were trying to have my eyes out with quotes close to 4 figures!
