actually, looking at the info i'd say it was way over priced for a 2003, but as always its a case of people are prepared to pay more if its the perfect car that you want

1/4mile time for the geartronic is about 15.7s.
Not that quick, but a fantastic cruiser.

Of the ones i'v seen, i honestly doubt it would beat a t4. From one i saw on youtube is was struggling to do 60 in less than 7s.

Geartronic is WAY torque limited in 1st AND 2nd in the S60R - defeats the point of having all that traction.

As for the VAG V6.... R32 Vs 2.5T (not even a T5...) .. and the VR6 will be slower.

Im unlucky with VAG had a timing belt go 40k early on an lt35 and my caddy works van likes to play up alot going into limp home mode

The r32 aint that light really, between 1500-1600kg from what i'v seen and once your on the move that 4wd drivetrain has no benefits.

I heard 4wd creates about a 2% power loss in transmission drag etc at speed.... 2wd will always be quicker once traction is good.

Seen some dynos of stock S40 T5's.... 170 at the wheels 2wd... 150 at the wheels 4wd

had to laugh at work the other day, talking to a contractor we had in who told me about the trouble he'd had with the Volvo service from the dealer with his 2.0 V70. So he decided to get his work done by an independant Citroen specialist, with it being a Citroen engine they know what there doing?

Our second car is the VolVAG job. '99 V70 2.5D Olive green with 160k on the clock. Just ran in!!!. It was she we went to Brands in today. Went very well down the motorway(If you know what I mean)
