Was just wondering, if the Conrods are the same in all the 2319cc t5 engines? 850 ph1 v70, v70r's etc

Aparantly 850R manuals have stronger rods... whether thats true or not I don't think anyone has been able to categorically say either way... If they have then I should imagine Volvo would have carried on using the stronger rods in the higher output engines there after.

a t5 engine is a t5 engine mate they are all the same, the t5 is the engine not the car

T5's and t5r's are the same the 850R has slightly and I mean slighlt different rods, no offence but if you don't know a lot bout these engine you prob won't see the difference, that is how small it is!! How do I know been there done that bought t5r rods and 850r ones and had many sets of t5 ones, s60r rods differnt again lol
