Running rich poor running

Hi what causes my 850r to run very rich (black smoke out exhaust) and misfire type running with loss of power??? Any suggestions ???? I'm stumped

Get the codes read, there's numerous things that could be causing it(vacuum leaks etc), without the codes you'll just be clutching at straws.
