removing walnut trim

I have now removed the gross walnut trim on my c70 from around the glove box and center console as i'm painting it silver with satin laquer. My next lob is to remove the trim around the stereo, any instructions or guidance would be highly appreciated.

All removed now, what a joke the trim is around the stereo. Its held on with £££££ loads of t25 torks everywhere. A light and mirror is a must. I'll post some pics when there back in.
