Turbo of a S70 T5

I have got a turbo from my old S70 T5 was just wondering is it different than standard one on the 850 T5r thanks :)

yes it will be a 16t the t5r came with a 15g

Im wanting to get bit more power the car has got Rica 304 and 2.5in cat back will the S70 turbo give me more power or is it waste of time

its a better turbo mate will pull alot stronger and for longer.

Sorry to be a div but what is MBC? The car has a uprated actuator but not sure which one previous owner said it came with the rica 304 :s

That what I thought lol I had one on my S70 was running 2.0bar ended up killing the engine, any recommendation for a good MBC and safe boost not sure what boost it is on atm only standard boost gauge which guess not very reliable lol

Not 2 bar, even frankie don't run his that high. lol
Depending on what injectors, 1.2bar is supposed to be fine for a 16t with white injectors, 850s usually have orange injectors so you may want to upgrade to whites.

Forge do a good mbc and the turbo smart mbc that i use doesn't seem to have any boost spikes either.

an td04 turbo wont work at 2 bar anyway it runs out of puff at 22psi
