Hi all, my v70 t5 is going for a custom remap in a few weeks and I wondered what sort of bhp and torque I can expect?

Its a nov 97 v70 t5 with a custom 2.5in de-catted side exit exhaust and induction kit. The engine seems healthy and has been serviced fairly regularly if the history is correct.

Any idea's?

I would think you should get between 255 to 260 at the flywheel

I would say maybe around 270bhp as your running a 16t.

I was running a 18t and only got 262bhp I think claymore is right these old engines don't usually make manufacturers bhp claims

Do you know what you have at the moment?

My advice would be a 5hp increase. Then if you achieve more than this - you won't be disappointed.

Expecting 100hp increase would be a stretch so don't expect that.

I run a full turbo back system, 16t and whites on the standard engine and achieved 279hp and 416NM that was a few years back.

16t, blues, decat+cat-back = 289fly and 456nm :)
