I used the R-spec one for a while, had no problems at all with it (thought I did, but it turned out to be the actuator)

I used the R-spec one too and it worked well.
The best is meant to be the Forge (Unos?) MBC, pricey but excellent.

I'm with the others on the R Spec side of things.
I wound it out and set the boost to 14psi in my old 850 T5 and got 225hp on the dyno, which is factory, I know, but also hit 300lb.ft torque, and the only other mod was a cone filter!
