under the bonnet on the passenger side just under the slam panel with all the wiring is a small diamter white plastic pipe, there is a push joint in that pipe by the headlight which often comes disconnected

you've got to feel sorry for them really, a car that just couldn't follow on from what the 850 had created & no boost gauge. It would almost make you think about buying a German car lol

Now now, unfair dismissal isn't something a senior member of staff should be condoning..
I suggest hanging instead as a temporary measure... if questioned you could say you were demonstrating the rules behind Hangman as everyone loves the game Hangman :D

i think calling Volvo's German is perfectly reasonable grounds for sacking, in fact thinking about it i think i'd even get away with "gross misconduct" so he can be escorted off site straight away lol

i do like that idea, but i do the monthly racking audit (checking for damage) & be worried that he'd bend the bar he would be hanging from which would mean i'd have to do more paperwork lol

Like it, but there needs to be an element of education about the whole proceedure as we don't want the guy making the same mistake. Hanging is perfect it leaves a lasting impression..........although admittedly not the most successful pass rate on the after course test..

Yeah but somethings are worth doing even if it does create a few hiccups.

he can reflect on his mistakes while he's signing on the dole, sounds like an educational lesson to me lol
