What i need to know is as you can see this i/c is a bit wide with the 3" ports at the side so... is it possible to have the bits on the side cut off and welded to the front so i have the two ports in the top corners if you see what i mean lol.

Cheers

aslong as you can find someone to do the alloy welding then yes, Claymore moved the ports on his Noble intercooler

as lng as you get a good engineering company to do it then yes no problems, even the 90 degree exit shouldn't be a hamper as it's coming right off a pressurisd chamber.

first rule of intercooler choice is blue peter, make it out of cardboard and see if it fits...

I had a mate do it, cost me £20, but I would estimate that it would take a couple of hours if you were to take it to a fabricator, so probably the best part of £100

Cheers Colin but i cant do that as its too wide :) what i need to do is to take the inlets off the side then it will fit between the headlights and have the ports either coming from the top or front.

I cant see a problem, just cut the two pipes off, weld plates over the holes, then cut new holes where you need the pipes.

I can see a problem with that one, first bit of proper boost and the pipes would pop off, you have to weld a bead around the edge to keep the clamps on.
