Cant see it as 850t5 runs 225bhp standard and the later v70/c70 run 240bhp standard.

440bhp you sure mate? lol they run higher power cos they have a bigger turbo and a different ecu

same as Frank the only stock boost number i know of is 10psi, even if they raised it for the newer cars (which is quite possible) over 1bar seems alot lol

10psi on a 15g=225bhp+1.3 psi overboost for 30 secs to 240bhp on a t5-r
10psi on a 16t=240bhp
10psi on an 18t=250bhp

where did you get those figures from Frank? because the 19t has got a stronger actuator which is set around 10psi, so according to that the BCS/ECU isn't doing anything

Yeah dump valves fine hasn't caused any issues.
My (cheapo) gauge reads 0.6 bar however my obdii tells me its running 1.2 bar flat out so im not sure what ones right.

I cant see the cheapo being that far out so would say its about right,then again if you have anyone close to your location that has a different gauge then you could try that aswell.
