Upload some pics..HOW? Please help.

I want to add some pictures to my details but can't, It just doesn't appear even though I've followed all instructions.
Also would like to add a bigger pic. as some others do, can someone please guide me.

If you have a specific problem - please feel free to ask - I hope I wasnt too blunt.

There is a file size restriction on Avatar pics and a 97K limit on attachments.
I think you are also limited to 4 or 5 pics in the VB garage.
