looks like a cosworth housing , could you get 1 of those machined to fit a angled housing to help flow on a t5 etc

to be honist mate the t35 was a good turbo and spooled at 2600rpm and full boost by 3k and the turbo really needs to be run at 1.6 to 1.7 bar to get the full benefits and the garretts are designed for this aplication anyway.but take it from me with the t35 on jamest5r car his car will fly

as james said to me yesterday the pics dont give these 2 turbos justice and the comparision between them.even through they are sisters they are a very different animal.i do like the t38 hybrid but im going to miss the t35 hybrid because i never got to find the full potental of the turbo on ether the v70 or the 940 but i did run the t35 at 1.6 bar very breathly and my god it was quick lol.now the problem is ive had to fully forge the engine now for the t38 hybrid ,so i have the rods,pistons and performance turbo gasket.more sodding money lol.remember both of these turbos are full hybrids not standard turbos off the shelf ,these are not run of the mile stuff.the t38 hybrid has a recirte cut out like the big gt turbos to help with spool up and also uses a -34 actuator instead of a -31 on the t35 hybrid.i hope you like the pics now lets see what they can do lol

I think Smithy will actually see a drop in bhp with that turbo lol be down to 135 ish ;)
