I'll be getting a boost guage (from apex performance) and pillar mount (from partsforvolvo).

Can any decent garage fit the boost guage? Or will it have to be a turbo/tuning specialist?

getting this:

All mechanical gauges feature a quality engineered bourdon tube design and super durable engineered plastic movements for rugged, reliable performance. The gauges come with a red and a green rubber boot to allow the back light colour to be customised to suit your car. All boost gauges come with full fitting kit.

Any decent mechanic should know, if you get the kit i'm sure Wobbly Dave would do it in 5 minutes at a meet.

I can come to Grimsby - if you supply the kippers!

Cheers Dave, I'll let you know.

Also, Will a 20PSi guage suffice?

I've not got any huge plans for modifying it. What PSi does a T5 run with a 310 RICA?
