I was planning on getting one of these for my 850 (until the stupid thing attempted suicide), but you'd need to check measurements etc for your S60.

There are plenty of places offering fmics so shop around. Forge motorsport (expensive but good), Bell intercoolers- T5monkey on here has one on his S40 etc etc

Bell are good but expensive, plus import hassle - get a UK one if you can! don't know much about S60 intercoolers.

Im sure he can make it for you then send it up, but i watched him fit mine and its errrrrr well...... involved !

Mine runs at approx 15 degrees C above ambiant all the time, even under WOT and full load. On the dyno it hit 35 degrees intake temps, which is very very low for a dyno run intake temp especially on a warm day as it was.

Not sure if this will be relevant but when I had my FMIC fitted the ait conditioning condenser tray had to be changed for a smaller item as well.

Hard to see the inter-cooler in this photo but thought I'd post it anyway. Not sure where it was fabricated. (Got it off and fitted by GRN Motors....if you want details Chad can supply.....I can't even remember what it cost).
