I run 38-40 all round for the record. Handles and drives a lot better.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'll try 38psi.

34 psi all round - Have tried all sorts over the last 5 years, but 34 is the best compromise for mine (but it is awd). Any less and the outside shoulders wear excessively and any more and the centre tread wears down. I've used this pressure with both Goodyear and Hankooks over the years and this gets me about 12-14,000 miles from a set with even wear.

Mine has 215/40/17's and ive always run at around 34psi. Might try it at 38f 36b cos it never seems to feel quite right!

These all seem really hi psi's. I think i run 32/30 on my C70. Does it really make that much of a difference?

Yeah, get better fuel economy with higher pressures lol (though lower grip)

Is it right that the lower the profile of tyres the higher the pressure should be?

I used to run 37 PSI all round on all my T5s but for drag racing lower front and higher rear is meant to be the way to go, On long motorway runs fully loaded I might put upto 40 psi.
I keep meaning to check and do the v50S but they pass the thumb test and will be getting replaced soon anyway.

Why all so high?! Do you not want any grip?

33 all round for me..... purely because factory is 33/32 (and for the sake of 1psi I can't be arsed changing the machine for the rears  ).

Tried the high pressures on my p2 38/36 with the new suspension and it was awful.
The car was not riding 'in' the road, just rolling on the surface, not digging in so to speak. I felt every pimple on the road and was very uncomfortable.

I dropped them down to 32/30 and so much of a difference with just the steering being a bit heavier. May increase 1psi but that's about it

My kit car has little movement in the suspension and I've played for ages with the pressures and the best I have on that are 13.5/12 mind you it weighs sub 600kg
