WHAT is it??

I know a fair bit about cars, etc. But what is the circular disc item bolted to the centre of the bulkhead with wires coming from it? looks similar to oil filter connection but with small thread in the middle. Mine is missing the part that fixes to this thread (which I know isn't an oil filter!).

Its a horn!. I know your car already has two but this is used by the alarm. if the centre part is missing then its probably been sabotaged by a former owner.

At least my horn wasn't labelled..
