got a week off work next week so going to start playing with the old girl.

my question is i know it is a pain to put a rip kit on a ME7 engine, but was wondering can the pipe work from later models (2001 on) from say an s60 be used as these seem to go straight over the engine etc, to go on a 99 me7?

has anyone done a convertion already on one and found a cheaper way than buying say a £400 kit.

i think the main problem is going to be that the ME7 has several sensors mounted into the boost pipes. I'm using an ME7 inlet manifold & can't see why similiar style pipework can't be done on a normal engine.

thats why was looking at pipe work from a late model as seems routed same as yours but might have places for censor's to locate.

or i'm looking into also making own kit and adapting it so censors can still be used

i'm sure the top hose off a S60R won't fit because its got a different joint onto the turbo, not sure how others in the range are plumbed
