Try this: http://volvospeed.com/Dashremove.php

I used this when I put my 4" speakers in the dash of my 855 :) Had to give it a little tug to get it off, but I got there. I can't remember the full details now though as it was a while back. I know I missed a couple of screws hidden away somewhere.

What about round the passenger air bag? I couldn't shift it. :(

Airbag comes off with dash top I think but it was a long time ago so I am probably wrong

I unscrewed all the torx bolts, But it was still held in.

When I took my dash out, behind the glove box (once it's removed) there was three 10mm bolts securing the passenger side airbag in?

Nah it's just the top I want out.
The bit of dash to left of the centre air vents sticks out too, Want that pushed back in as well.

Mine came out so long ago I don't remember if I even had a passenger air bag. Don't think I did thinking about it!
