changing atf

Hi all.....
when will I know when to change....


Sometimes when in sports mode and high revs...when it changes gear it feels very aggressive and jerky. Low down revs is no prob...

Can I tell by the colour on the dipstick?

Take out the dipstick, if it smells burnt or looks brown it could so with changing.
