boost dropping

so.when i floor it i get about 1.5 bar of boost but it drops to about 0.8 bar up the revs.where do i start to get it to hold?its ricad,got a mbc wound to the max and gave my actuator about 15 turns just to get the boost.

Would start with a new actuator.
