whats the benefits of an me7 manifold? and is it just a straight bolt on job?

I would say to flow better from engine to turbo,should bolt straight up.

they look similar to the pre me7 but iirc they have japan on

Im very sceptical as to wheather they flow any better to the standard t5 manifold you can deffinatly see the s60r one being better

The ME7 ones can be ported a lot better.

will it just bolt on? would it affect the positioning of the 19t? and when is it coming off? and what you replacing it with?
