rear seat removal help

im trying to remove the rear back rest part of the back seat ive removed the 2 metal clips but it still wont budge lol

This is easier with two peolple, tilt seat back foward slightly and its been a while you either push it towards the door or towards the middle of the car and it will lift out at one end and can be removed. If you have a haynes manual follow for the saloon not the estate as it is incorrect. Well it was on my car lol.

Start with the shorter back rest first then pull it towards you and lift up and the same time
