only for an inspection when I got my T5. very helpful and accommodating. quoted £140 odd for strut brace and fitting though.....

thats what i want them to do in the first instance, just to cast a knowledgeable eye over it - how much did they charge for that inspection?

£140 seems a bit steep!!!!!

just a quick update - got these guys to have a good look over my car - nothing TOO nasty but quite a few jobs for the weekends!

charged me £20 and chatted to me about my car for about 20 mins, even though it must've been nearly 7pm - very knowledgeable and friendly, RECCOMMENDED!

Yeah, about £23, Jim. But as you say very helpful and seem to know what they're talking about. just a few jobs myself, and they didn't push for the work. That in itself is a good thing in my book.
