Which oil?

Does anybody know which grade oil is best for a 51plate v40 t4? I usually use 5/30 fully synthetic just want to make sure i've got the right grade

type in the reg and your postcode and it will tell you what oils and quantitys etc your car takes

5/40 semi or fully depending on your driving I think.
