Hi Guys,
I have a 2001 Volvo V70 like this one

I would like to upgrade my headlights by fitting HID lights. Now a friend of mine had 2007 T5 like this one http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/showthread.php?t=28312&highlight=Volvo+V70+headlights that was written off recently because of some doughnut not knowing how to drive in the snow. He has kindly offered me the headlights off his T5, but on closer inspection of the lights, the wires/connectors are somewhat different. The lights also have a ballast fitted underneath the unit. So... What I want to know is, can I fit these lights to my car and if so how? I have not been able to find any wiring diagrams for these cars just in case I can retro fit them. I would appreciate any assistance please.
